What participants took away from this webinar:

Not to be the angel that sits on the students shoulder but the angel that walks away. Also love the timer idea. Kellie, NSW

I learned to ensure that I am not the learner but the student and to always communicate with the teacher if the work is too difficult for the student.  Aim of the game is to impart life skills to the student so that they can participate in society and be a valued member of the community. - Angela, VIC

I liked the strategies for creating independent learners. I will be using open questions more and asking my staff of TA's to do the same- ie can you teach that back to me? I'm not sure I explained it well. - Shellae, NSW

Reflect on "who is doing the learning?" and discuss with the teacher if the work is too hard for the student. - Angela, NSW
