Stella Liliendal

Stella is a Director and co-founder of Australian Teacher Aide. Stella's experience in training and working with teacher aides led to the start of  ATA, as a way of ensuring that all Australian teacher aides get the recognision they deserve, are given a voice, and have the opportunity to improve their professional practice.

Stella has worked in the business and education sectors for over 30 years. She is a registered teacher and as a vocational education practitioner, she showed leadership in her field, and advocated for teacher aides. Stella was recognised for her work in teacher aide training and the design of customised and innovative training courses. Before starting ATA, she managed large-scale government projects providing training to teacher aides, and represented Queensland in developing the national Education Support training package.

Mandy Bell

Mandy is a Director and co-founder of Australian Teacher Aide. Mandy shares with Stella a passion for improving the work experience of Australian teacher aides. She has led the strategic development of a number of statewide teacher aide professional learning programs, providing her with valuable insight into the professional learning needs of the workforce.

Mandy has over 25 years of experience working in the Education and Training sector, with specialist skills in educational program development, online business strategy and workforce development. She has capably led many large-scale professional development programs for both the education and corporate sector and attributes her achievements to an unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
