Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is estimated to affect between 2% to 4% of the population. This means that there is likely a child with FASD in every Australian classroom. This webinar is for teaching and support staff interested in learning more about supporting students with FASD.
The webinar will cover:
- What FASD is and how it affects learning and behaviour?
- The development of evidence-based resources on FASD for school teaching and support staff.
- Practical strategies for supporting young people with FASD in the school environment.
